1. Our Services
Cloud Shining Cleaning provides residential cleaning, end of lease cleaning, and bond cleaning services across Brisbane, Queensland.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Pricing
Our pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking.
If the condition of the property is significantly different from what was discussed, we will inform you and discuss any necessary adjustments before continuing.
We aim to keep our pricing transparent and fair.
3. Payments
Payment is required on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept approved payment methods as discussed during booking.
We appreciate prompt payment to ensure smooth service for all clients.
4. Property Access & Preparation
To ensure a smooth service, clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe and legal access to the property
- Ensuring electricity and running water are available
- Ensuring the property is ready for cleaning at the scheduled time
If our team is unable to access the property at the agreed time, a call-out fee may apply.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking: no charge
- Cancellations within 24 hours: a cancellation fee may apply
- Same-day cancellations: up to 50% of the booking fee may be charged
We encourage early notice to avoid fees.
6. Satisfaction & Re-Clean Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion.
We will return to address any cleaning concerns related to the agreed scope of work.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care while performing our services.
However, Cloud Shining Cleaning is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Items not securely stored
- Damage caused by faulty fixtures or fittings
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Bond Cleaning Disclaimer
For bond cleaning services, we aim to meet property manager and real estate standards.
Bond return is subject to the final inspection by the property manager.
If cleaning-related issues are identified within a reasonable timeframe, we are happy to return for a re-clean.
